  1. Do you accept health care insurance?
    If you reside in NYS, your insurance maybe acceptable.
  2. What is your cancelation policy?
    We request 24 hours cancellation notice. We value your time, and hope you will value your Counselors time by giving as much notice as possible. Please let us know asap if you need to reschedule.
  3. What happens if my Counselor doesn’t turn up for our session?
    If your Counselor is unable to attend your session, you will be contacted to reschedule at your convenience.
  4. How can Counseling improve my life?
    Counseling can help improve your quality of life. Whether you are struggling in a relationship, experiencing poor self-esteem, anxiety or depression, anything that interferes with your happiness, or achieving your goals. Also, having a therapy session from the comfort of your own space can make you feel safe and relaxed.
  5. How do you protect my privacy?
    We partner with Zoom, on their completely secure and HIPAA compliant platform.
  6. Once I sign up for therapy, will I have the same therapist?
    Yes! The goal is to build a therapeutic alliance with your therapist. However, if you do not feel a positive connection with your Therapist, you can contact us, and change at any time.
  7. How do I cancel my account?
    Contact us via the web form. You can cancel your account at any time. If you have a scheduled appointment, we request 24 hour notice before you are scheduled to see your therapist.
