My simple goal is to help you cultivate your inner strength to overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles. When life gets too difficult, as it can for anyone, it is often easy to forget how capable you are. If you find yourself struggling, it will be my privilege to help you tap into that strength and resilience you may have forgotten you have. Together, we will navigate and understand those complexities, so that we can identify the steps and solutions that will lead toward resolution.

Jill Ceder LCSW

My style is both insight-oriented and solution focused. Through exploration of feelings, behaviors and life choices, I help clients reach their goals and make positive changes in their lives. My specialty areas include maternal mental health, parent education & support, relationship issues and life transitions.

Jennifer Sklar LMSW

I work with clients with many different backgrounds, providing individualized approaches in a safe and encouraging environment. What I like to do is apply resources to my practice because I believe it helps one build better self-esteem and healthy boundaries. My mission is to help you feel understood and connected – not isolated – as you gain awareness of how your rational mind, and core emotions are intertwined. Many times, we are unaware of how other people and experiences have impacted us. I’m hoping that together we can work on a deeper understanding of the root of the problem.

Heather Hansen LMSW

I consider my clinical lens to be eclectic in nature. Some specific treatment modalities of focus are mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. As a clinician, I approach this work with the mindset that everyone has their own personal toolbox, full of ways to keep them safe and deal with life situations. My job as a professional is to help make those tools stronger and work more efficiently for the client.
